Heaven’s Symphony

by Jason Kirk Bartley

The only qualification,
that Jesus’s blood be applied.
This makes many souls joyful,
performing on the other side.
Angelic voices singing,
the symphony with violins,
harps, and tabrets are ringing.
If there were auditions here,
like we have on earth
Many would not make it here,
but Jesus gives them worth.
Our voices are all perfect and we strum instruments in this heavenly band,
conducted by the Holy Spirit and not by the own way of man,
that never has to rest here,
touched by the Master’s hand.
We are the most beautiful harmony.
We are a work of art,
singing in perfect rhythm,
and singing from the heart.
If there were auditions here,
many would fall short,
maybe not hitting a high note,
would get them a bad report.
Jesus keeps us singing with many ‘a
reasons to be,
and makes us worthy to be a part of “Heaven’s symphony.”
