After I go to sleep,
Before I wake,
Christ, keep me
During the night,
Especially in my dreams.
Forgive my sin.
Guide my thoughts.
Hear my prayers.
I need You,
Jesus.
Keep my tears.
Lift my head.
Mercy, give.
Never let me go.
Only You can save me.
Please, hear my cry;
Quickly come to my aid.
Rescue me, Lord.
Save me.
Truly, I trust no other.
Use me for Your glory.
Vindicate me.
Wash me so I will be clean.
eXcite my soul.
Your presence, I crave
Zeal for Your Word put in my heart.
All I want is You.
Bring me to that place;
Call me to Your throne,
Delighting in You alone.
