God shined His light on me many years ago, thankful that the Lord let me know. This light and conviction He’s placed in my heart, made me realize I needed Him for a new start. He knocked me off my horse that day, and claimed me for His own. I knew my journey had just begun. I was no longer alone, but being transformed into the likeness of His Son. I would be complete, the victory had already been one, as I got back on my feet. It all started with just one step, The direction was right. He gave me wisdom and understanding as He was my might. On this road to Damascus, He found me that day, as His humble servant, when I passed that way. God shined His light on me, the rest is old news, Now I attend church, I frequent the pews. I know that I serve Him, He’s my light within, guides me through the darkness. He keeps me from all sin.
