The ‘word amongst us’ stays
For In his humility, we are wise
In this banquet he throws for us, we are one
Saints join us to sing His hosanna
As we all marvel and sing with voices better than the nightingale’s
By his crucifixion and resurrection, He has inspired us
In His likeness, He made us in
For can we have any other foundation apart from Him?
Graces attached to our beings
Now we can rejoice in His ever-spotless self.
