My faith is Christianity.
And I’m happy about all of that.
Because I believe we are there again.
May time heal all these wounds.

I love my faith very much.
And I go to church with every lady
Because my love is very strong
To keep going, I have to

My faith is all I want now.
Because it leads me on a new journey.
Christianity is all I need.
To save myself from the evil of the world
Christianity is what I want now.
Because my soul only wants peace.
I justifiably always say only
That love unites us all
Peace for all the people around you
I know I am very special.
And that the meaning of my life is
Yes, I still believe in Christianity!

Maid Čorbić is a 21-year-old poet from Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦. In his spare time, he writes poetry, which has repeatedly garnered praise and awards. He also selflessly helps others around him, and he is moderator of the World Literature Forum WLFPH (World Literature Forum for Peace and Humanity). He is also the editor of the First Virtual Art portal led by Dijana Uherek Stevanovic, and the selector of the competition at a page of the same name that aims to bring together all poets around the world. Many of his works have been published in anthologies.
