The dove’s soothing coo is magnified in the stillness. Leaves above rush more like water than the stream’s whisper. The gentle ripple reminds me of water’s abandon in going down its willingness in descending no matter how fast or slow. And lives given up like this stream know the Spirit’s flow the shimmering power of grace through surrender.
