At the union of soul
and spirit, heaven 
and earth meet.
The soul ransomed
by the blood of Jesus,
the spirit born again
by the Holy Spirit.
Christ’s promised
living water cascades
from within
gleaming with the light
of mercy and grace.
The Kingdom
of Heaven shimmers
flowing up and out
as the Holy Spirit renews 
and refreshes
making each life
an oasis of
His transforming love
so the thirsty
wandering in this desert
world may drink.
