God’s Love

by Maria Grace Nobile

On those days
When the sun
doesn’t warm my soul.
When I find it difficult to move
toward my goal.
I reach out to You
For strength and fortitude.
You give me light in my darkest night.
I surge forward, clothed with strength and dignity.
All because of Your love.

Maria Grace Nobile was born and bred in New York City. She has always been attracted to the written word. Currently, she is a university lecturer of modern languages in Mexico City.
