It’s often in the change of plans
the perceived disruptions
the agonizing interruptions
when God speaks.

It’s an intersection  
a change of direction
that includes Him.
Like Balaam, when
the Lord used a donkey
to correct his course.

It’s wise when
intrusions come
to say like Samuel,
“Speak Lord,
your servant is listening.”
