Our Beloved Angels

by Polina Moys

Our beloved angels dwell in Heaven
From harm and evil lovingly protecting us.
We just need to attentively listen to them,
And they’ll give us some precious advice.

When we are happy and excited,
The angels look at us and smile.
The sun shines gloriously and brightly,
Its rays shed fine light by a mile.

When we are sad, upset, or sick,
The angels suffer and feel our pain.
They cry with us and sympathize.
We see it as thunder and rain.

When we go through life’s hardships,
The angels show us the way.
They delight in our joys and victories
And take our troubles away.

We love and miss our dear angels,
While strolling through the worldly quest.
In silence, we repeat their names
And pray for their eternal rest.
