In the day set before me I choose the divine, and light God’s candle instead of mine. Putting love before judgment, Choosing joy over strife, Thinking peace in each moment as faith molds my life. May kindness reach out and generosity win, Let patience work deep and goodness block sin. Abundance, I’ll find, Reshaping my mind, A purpose defined, My soul refined. When I light God’s candle, instead of mine.
