Love is looking deep inside And admitting when you’re wrong Love is trusting that your life Is held in Jesus’ hands so strong All the tears you’ve cried Could fill the oceans vast And when all the crying’s done Grace makes us whole at last. Love is learning to let go Of the anchors and ties that bind Love is wanting to be free From the lies that tightly wind Love descended from heaven on high Love came down to give us hope Jesus came to give us new life Tethered forever to Grace’s perfect rope Love is perfectly displayed When You look at Jesus on the Cross Love is the empty tomb Without His love, we’d all be lost The scars on Jesus’ hands and feet The spear that pierced His side He bore the weight of all our sin He died for us all with arms spread wide Love is perfectly portrayed In the Grace, His Forgiveness brings Love is giving up your life So those you love will fly on eagle’s wings Jesus showed us all on that day Exactly what love really means That His love always finds a way No matter how black the night may seem His Love is free and has no conditions No strings or hoops to jump through His Love is patient, kind, and gentle It’s given freely to me and you. Jesus’ Blood holds every answer His Resurrection sealed our fate Let down your walls, let Love inside Do it now before it’s too late.
