Let my soul be quiet to hear Thee;
For in Thee, lies the Truth I seek.
Let my soul be ready to do as Thou speak;
For in total adherence, lies my victory.

Oh soul, shield thy ears from the noise
And be still to hearken to His voice.
For His voice parts the seas and stills the storms,
So, hearken to Him and receive great joy.
